For over 15 years, I’ve helped people bring clarity into their homes. What began as small organizing projects for friends and neighbors evolved into something much more meaningful: guiding families through the most personal transitions of their lives.
After seeing the need for compassionate, local help with downsizing, estate clearing, and private resale, I shifted my focus to serve the Baby Boomer generation and their families — many of whom are navigating these changes for the first time.
I’ve seen firsthand that this work isn’t about “getting rid of things.” It’s about preserving legacy, protecting peace, and simplifying life so you can move forward with confidence.
Helping You Downsize, Simplify, and Begin What’s Next
When a home holds decades of memories, letting go can feel like losing a part of your story. My role is to make that process easier—gentle, organized, and rooted in care.
I’m Stacey Sarenity, a downsizing and private sales specialist based in Pacific Grove, California, serving clients across Monterey County.
I help individuals and families navigate the emotional and practical sides of change. Whether that means simplifying a home, preparing for a move, or honoring a loved one’s belongings.
My work blends practical organization with deep respect for the emotional side of letting go. Helping you make room for what’s next while honoring what came before.
This isn’t about starting over.
It’s about creating space for what’s next.
I’ve always believed that a well-loved home tells a story, one built through decades of memories, laughter, and change. My job is to help preserve the meaning behind yours—while bringing order, calm, and confidence to the next chapter.
When it’s time to turn that page, I help families and homeowners do it with grace.
What I Value
Respect for Stories: Every item holds meaning, and I approach each with care.
Transparency & Trust: Clear communication, honest pricing, and consistent updates.
Community Roots: Rooted in Pacific Grove, Serving the Monterey Peninsula, I work closely with local families, realtors, and professionals who share the same heart-centered values. This work is personal to me because it’s home. I’ve raised my family here, built community here, and continue to help residents through every stage of life’s journey — from family homes to forever homes.
